Leadership
Rob Radics, President & CEO:
Mr. Radics founded Partners Healthcare Group in 2011 and serves as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Radics began his career in the home health industry in 1996 with a locally owned agency in Georgetown, SC. He later went on to serve as Executive Director of a multi-location home health company in Arizona and California before relocating to his hometown of Atlanta where he spent nine years with Healthfield, Inc. which was acquired by Gentiva Health Services during his tenure. While with Gentiva Mr. Radics held responsibility for their Georgia operations along with a portion of their Alabama operations. He was also responsible for the integration of multiple acquisitions and the establishment of new start-ups. Mr. Radics obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration while majoring in Health Care Management at Appalachian State University and holds a Masters in Health Services Administration from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
Mary Wollstein, Vice President Financial Operations
Ms. Wollstein was instrumental in helping to launch Partners Healthcare Group and complete its first acquisition. She joined the Company as its Vice President of Financial Operations in February 2012. Ms. Wollstein has over 27 years of experience in the home health industry serving in a variety of roles. She began her career with Coosa Valley Home Health in 1985 working in the billing department and through multiple promotions ultimately became the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. In 1999 Ms. Wollstein joined Healthfield, Inc. where she served in a variety of roles including Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions. During her tenure at Healthfield as VP of Mergers and Acquisitions the Company completed multiple acquisitions from 2003 to 2006 at which time it was acquired by Gentiva Health Services. She continued her career with Gentiva as Vice President of Business Initiatives where she led a variety of strategic initiatives including information systems, reimbursement, and clinical operations. Ms. Wollstein holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Berry College in Rome, Georgia.
Dan Bettini, Vice President Shared Services
Mr. Bettini joined Partners Healthcare Group in March 2012 and serves as its Vice President of Shared Services. Mr. Bettini began his career in home health in 2000 with Gentiva Health Services. During his initial years at Gentiva, Mr. Bettini worked with underperforming agencies to improve operations and financial performance. He eventually transitioned to leading project teams in the design, development, and implementation of home health systems and technologies. In 2005, Mr. Bettini joined McKesson Corporation’s home health and hospice software division and worked as an implementation consultant and project manager for Odyssey HealthCare. Mr. Bettini returned to Gentiva in 2006 to assist in designing and implementing Gentiva’s new home health software system. Mr. Bettini holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida.
